Job Description• Check daily hygiene of personnel and processing plant • Complete and file relevant information sheets • Ensure daily, weekly, monthly cleaning schedules are updated and communicated • Induction training • Internal auditing • Document control and filling. • Relieving as supervisor • Training of staff on SOP’s. • Supervise cleaning. • Investigation of complaints. • Incoming quality of raw materials and packaging material. Health and safety Role SOP 1. Document control /daily employee time and attendance 2. Verify all the activities within the factory every hour 3. Submit all the document to the QC department daily (Monday to Friday ) 4. Communicate with QC department (food safety meetings ) 5. Receive raw material ( Sugar,Grinsted , palmolein oil , caramel crunch and crunchy from outside) refer to the receiving procedure. 6. Ordering of store items and stationary 7. Issuing of stationary and store items 8. Check plant (metal detector) box and record finding on the metal rejections box 8.1 if the product found on the box are positive 8.2 Do investigations until you found out what caused the product to be rejected 8.3 Record in investigations on the metal investigation records document 9. Ensure that all employees do not go out wearing top overall to prevent contamination 10. Ensure that all employees are trained on hygiene ,document and metal detector trainings 11. Ensure and verify if feedrate is taken on a specific time for quality test of peanut butter 12. Calibrate all the scales daily and record findings on scale verification record 13. Check blade integrity and record findings on blade integrity check sheet document 14. Check the whole factory and record findings on daily hygiene checklist document 15. Perform plant housekeeping at all times to prevent contamination (cross contamination –mixing of material and final product 16. Ensure that chemical store is always tidy and locked 17. Ensure the cleaning of magnets daily 18. ensure that the factory is cleaned daily 19. send job request to maintenance department if there is a need 20. store daily production downtime and record production in a computer (office) 21. fill in/complete non-Conformance raised 22. Perform most of administrative tasks 23. Investigation of customer complaints 24. Initiate disciplinary hearings 25. Lead a team of HACCP coordinators in the production 26. Conduct trainings internally 27. Do internal auditing
Minimum Requirements• Grade 12 . • Min 2 years’ relevant experience in a food manufacturing production environment. • Working knowledge and experience on MS Office.
